MONDO

Modular system designed to facilitate the movement of the visually impaired within a building.
The sheet or tile elements are made from 100% non-regenerated synthetic rubber, formed from a homogenous calendered, vulcanised and stabilised mix. Each surface has a different texture, according to the codes needed for the different signs. The modules combine to form a route that points the way and highlights danger zones.

The route provides directional information and warns the users of different situations, using four channels:

• The kinesthetic and plantar tactile senses
• The manual tactile sense (through the white stick)
• Hearing
• Colour contrast and luminance (for the visually impaired)

The material can be used in various situations, but requires a thorough requires careful analysis of the environment in which it will be installed.
Flooring complies with EN 12199 standard.
