MONDO

Made of recycled tires triturated, treated and encapsulated sandwich-like between two polyester layers. The recycled rubber is encapsulated in polyurethane eliminating any contamination due to recycled tires.

The Fine Tuned System® eliminates the risk of compaction and migration of the granule compared to the traditional systems; this guarantees that the initial biomechanical characteristics of the field remain unchanged over time.

THE FINE TUNED UNDERLAYMENT IS NOT POURED IN PLACE WHICH CAN LEAD TO INCONSISTENCY, BUT PRE-MANUFACTURED UNDER A STRICT FACTORY CONTROLLED PROCESS.

During the production, 70% of recycled materials are used.

QUICK INSTALLATION

The system is easy and quick to install and it ensures uniformity of characteristics and performances.
 

Low Costs

• Thanks to the limited civil works required on the existing base, the only requirements are to level the ground according to the necessary inclination for water drainage and to ensure proper compaction in order to avoid any low areas.
• The turf playing surface can easily be replaced at the end of its lifecycle: another field can be laid over the same Fine Tuned System with considerable monetary savings.

HORIZONTAL DRAINAGE SYSTEM

• Even under heavy rain conditions, the inclination of the pitch and the drainage of the membrane with the Fine Tuned System® provide water drainage towards the external part of the pitch.
• The Fine Tuned underlayment retains water and maintains a certain amount of humidity, which reduces the need to sprinkle the field prior to use.
