NEW UV PROTECTOR ADDITIVE

Additive is incorporated into the process of extrusion of the thread helps to improve the resistance to atmospheric agents such as ultraviolet rays.

This UV protector gives a greater protection to the polyethylene and allows less wearing of the turf fiber. The color is protected for a longer period of time and the fiber is protected if it comes in contact with chemical agents such as the sulphur contained in the reground tires infill, while unaltering its technical characteristics.

High quality polymer due to the selection of high quality raw materials and the production process utilizing the latest manufacturing technology, Mondo’s new generation of fibers are highly durable but amiable to the skin of the athletes.

Mondo’s new generation of fibers improves the aesthetic of the grass field while greatly increasing the durability of the fiber. The fiber looks and feels like natural grass without compromising the turf bind.

A better molecular alignment and a straight line molecular direction provide dimensional memory and a greater capacity of recovery. The new molecular structure contributes to the durability and the performance of the fiber; the fiber feels soft and has a greater elastic memory that ensures that the fiber will retain its appearance and will not deform even after many years of use.

  • Fibers are heavy-metal free according to the parameters set forth by the TPCH (Toxics in Packaging Clearinghouse).
  • Legislation based upon TPCH has been adopted by 19 US states.
     
  • According to TPCH no intentional introduction of lead, mercury, cadmium, and hexavalent chromium is allowed.  The sum of the concentration levels of incidentally introduced heavy metals shall not exceed 100 parts per million.

LISPORT TEST
