The Shipyard is easily reachable. It is sheltered from the winds, occupies a total area of 35,500 square metres, 9,500 of which are covered, and has at its disposal 100 metres of pier for mooring of maxi yachts. The Shipyard is furthermore equipped with a 35 tons travel-lift, seven travel-lift of 5 and 25 tons under the sheds, a launching and cradling slipway up to 250 tons and a roll dock for vessels up to 75 metres in lenght and 1,200 tons of displacement. A new 700 tons travel-lift will be ready before the end of the next year.

To the list of yachts delivered since 1978, when the shipyard was founded, Mondomarine has added, to count only the year 2006, the recent launch of O’Ceanos (an aluminium Semi displacement 50 Metres by Studio Vafiadis), of Kimberly II (a steel and aluminium Displacement 42 Metres) and of Princess Iolanthe (a steel and aluminium Displacement 45 Metres). Mondomarine has eight motor yachts under construction: an aluminium Semi displacement 41 Metres Pleasant Line, two semi displacement 40 Metres “Paradise”; two 48 metres displacement and a 37 metres dispacement. The yachts - all in aluminium and steel/aluminium except for the 37 metres made of a composite material – will be launched within the year 2008.

Within the refit & repair activities Mondomarine has completed in 2004 the extensive restoration of ‘Over the Rainbow’ - a wooden motor yacht, 34 metres long of the 1930s, commissioned by the world known Belgian artist Jean Michel Folon, prematurely deceased in 2005.
