MONDO – COVID-19 Updates
The spread of COVID-19 around the world has created an unprecedented situation. We want all of our customers to know that our staff is here to support you however we can through this crisis.
The coronavirus pandemic is having a major effect on the educational and recreational community as sports and other major events are being cancelled around the world. We understand that while this is necessary, this is also a difficult and even frightening situation and we know that you are navigating through uncharted waters to deal with this crisis. Our staff at Mondo is ready to help when we can as we all work through this situation.
At this time, you may want to clean and maintain your sports flooring and we will be happy to provide you with a guide that can help you provide the proper maintenance. You can request a copy of this document by contacting us. We can also tell you about the anti-microbial properties of your specific sports floor.
During this crisis, we want to make sure your deliveries are still done on time. As we continue our deliveries, we will take measures to protect our associates and employees and help prevent the spread of the coronavirus. We will be in full compliance with all regulations currently imposed by national governments around the world.
We want you to know that:
- Our offices and production plants will continue to operate, and all products will be shipped on time.
- We have put strict measures into place to avoid contact between people at our offices and factories as well as with external individuals.
- We are encouraging and equipping our employees worldwide to work from home, though they can still come to work.
- We have plenty of product inventory in North America and raw materials in our production facilities to continue to fulfill orders.
- We can ship from our factory as usual as the borders in Italy are open for shipping and transport companies.
