Valencia is once again at the centre of the world's best padel, and it is doing so in style. After hosting major international events in the past, the Spanish city is welcoming a Qatar Airways Premier Padel Tour event for the very first time.
The Valencia Premier Padel P1, taking place at La Fonteta until June 14, marks Valencia's return to the international padel spotlight. Three padel courts have been installed for the tournament, all featuring Premier Supercourt X3, the official turf of both the Qatar Airways Premier Padel Tour and the International Padel Federation (FIP).
Fans are already enjoying matches featuring some of the sport's biggest stars, including Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia, Alejandro Galán and Federico Chingotto, Gemma Triay and Delfina Brea, as well as Paula Josemaría and Bea González.
While the race for the title remains open, one thing is certain: the world's best players are competing on one of the most advanced artificial grass systems for padel courts available today.

Even before the tournament concludes, its success is already assured. Organisers expect more than 30,000 spectators, while La Fonteta has already sold out for both the semi-finals and finals.
