Set of two single sided FIBA approved shot clocks. They are intended to be placed either on the floor or on top of the basketball backboard. Its communication with the console is by radiofrequency, although this can also be done in wired mode. Radio/cable switching is automatic, so when the data cable is connected, the shot clock communicates with the console via the cable, and when the cable is released, it communicates via the radio. The data cable is NOT supplied as standard with this shot clock model.
For the correct use of these shot clocks it is not necessary to have a Mondo main scoreboard, the possession console (code CON009) is not connected to the main console and must be powered from a 220-240V/50-60Hz outlet, therefore, it can be used with any scoreboard, regardless of the manufacturer. As it is not connected to any other console, the start and end of the time of possession are not simultaneous, with the main scoreboard's time being needed for the time of possession, even if the time of game is stopped.
Manufactured in a black embossed aluminium casing, they weigh approximately 10kg each. They have a small handle on the top for ease of transport and their dimensions are 540 x 450 x 145mm each.
The digits are 30 centimetres high and red, made up of high luminosity LEDs placed behind methacrylate to make them more visible.
At the end of the ball possession time, the horns are automatically activated. It is also possible to display the remaining tenths of a second during the last 5 seconds of the possession.
The set consists of 2 shot clocks and a user-friendly control console.
