New POLE VAULT ELECTRONIC STANDARD designed and manufactured in accordance with the Regulations of World Athletics.
Designed to provide users with total reliability, absolute precision and neat aesthetics. The pole vault standard is made up of a set of two vertical uprights with their respective horizontal displacement rails, which allow the athlete total freedom to position the crossbar. In addition, the product includes two horizontal distance markers designed with SMD led technology which provides a wide viewing angle (140º horizontal and vertical) that together with a high luminosity (3500 nits) allows observing the information offered by these signalling prisms from anywhere from the stadium.
The vertical uprights also have a light marker capable of offering jump information (null jump, valid jump ...) in addition to various decorative lighting modes.
Designed for competition, the standard has two operating modes:
Automatic mode, which requires a PC with the MONDO MOTOR MANAGER V2.0 software, developed and supplied by MONDO, as well as an electrical connection in one of the bases.
Manual mode, the bases and uprights have to be moved by hand, gently acting on a steering wheel strategically located in their structures.
The bases of the pole vault electronic standard are made of steel, and have a double linear guide system through which the base plate of the upright slides. The traction is achieved by means of a spindle housed in the base that, when rotating, pushes a nut fixed on the plate. The spindle is coupled at one end to the base motor, while at its other end a handwheel with crank is assembled for manual operation.
The uprights are made from an oval cross-section profile of extruded aluminium (100 x 120 mm), with a groove for the crossbar support to move along. In the lower part of the upright, a handwheel with crank is assembled for manual operation, while in the gearbox housing a friction brake is mounted to prevent the crossbar support from falling, which must be activated before switching to manual mode and disabled in automatic mode. Through a peep-hole integrated in the upright, we can visualize the height of the crossbar.
The crossbar holder is made from 10mm thick polycarbonate sheet, and has various positions to adjust to the width of the landing area.
A support for a mini-TV camera is included, to be placed interchangeably on either of the two uprights. All bolts and nuts are made of stainless steel.
