WIRED COMMUNICATION MONDO SMART SYSTEM FOR FINISH LINE VIDEOS

Mondo Smart System for athletics competitions using photo finish sports cameras to automatically display athletes' finish line times. Only FinishLynx photo-finish cameras with HDMI output are compatible with this MSS. Communication between the MSS and the photo-finish camera is via a UTP CAT5 cable and a TCP/IP converter to HDMI. The dimensions of this MSS are 200x50cm (1m² of graphic surface) divided into 2 modules of 100x50cm. The full screen resolution is 336x84 pixels. The pixel pitch (distance between SMD LEDs) is 5.91mm and the weight is 47kg. Manufactured using SMD LEDs with a 140° viewing angle and 3500 nits of brightness, the MSS is clearly visible from any point in the installation. Connected directly to the HDMI output of the Lynx photo-finish camera, the MSS acts as an electronic scoreboard, displaying event data, times, rankings, athlete information, etc. The MSS can also be used as an advertising medium during sports competitions or any other event. Thanks to its high degree of protection (IP65), it can be installed in both indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Very easy and quick to assemble thanks to its modular system. Its power-saving electronics deliver significant energy savings. The MSS is supplied with a reel of 100m of UTP Category 5 cable for connection to the Lynx photo-finish camera.
