For over 70 years, every result achieved by Mondo has been based on people.

Customers, suppliers, employees, technicians, experts, athletes of all ages and levels: everyone has contributed to our growth and now helps us to imagine a future made of ambitious goals and shared well-being.

Since 2024, as Mondo Group, we set down a path of voluntary sustainability reporting. Within our Corporate Social Responsibility framework, enhancing people in every aspect is our way of saying thanks to the most valuable resources!

Welfare and flexibility, because happiness is motivating

As with every athlete, we believe someone can only fully express their potential if they find the ideal conditions to grow.

It is up to us to create, maintain and encourage them with actions and choices of corporate sustainability that first and foremost guarantee an optimal work-life balance.

We are talking about flexible hours and smartworking, and also performance bonuses and rewards, because in the face of hard challenges, rewarding those who come up with new ideas or go the extra mile is simply the right thing to do.

And the playing field is also fundamental, which for us translates into welcoming and comfortable work environments. As evidenced by the gyms and recreational spaces already present or under construction within our offices around the world.

Team spirit is equally important.

Just to mention one instance, in addition to annual team building activities, on the occasion of the Paris 2024 Olympics, we organized an activity for all the Mondo Worldwide employees, with the option of taking part in the Games amateur events.

A new space for daily well-being

In 2025, we inaugurated the new company gym at the Gallo d’Alba headquarters, a modern, accessible and equipped space, designed to offer all employees the opportunity to take care of themselves before or after working hours. This project was born from the desire to promote a healthy and active lifestyle, contributing to individual psychophysical well-being and strengthening the sense of belonging to the company. The gym represents a further step in our commitment to an inclusive, positive working environment in line with our ESG objectives, transforming the workplace into a place of energy, balance and daily inspiration.

On-going training and research at the highest levels

Only an excellent preparation guarantees exceptional performance, in sports and at the workplace.

Here at Mondo, we truly believe in this principle, as it helps us provide better products and services, while offering employees the opportunity for professional growth.

With this philosophy in mind, we provided 6,942 hours of training involving Mondo technical, managerial and administrative staff at all levels.

To encourage on-going education, we set annual training plans, with the option for employees to suggest training activities that can contribute to improving their work performance and the Group’s competitiveness.

From this point of view, research and development projects with collaboration between our experts and international universities - such as the Aragon Institute of Technology (ITA Innova), the Milan Polytechnic, the National Research Council (CNR-SCITEC) of Milan or the Universities of Genoa and Beijing - represent a great value.

In line with our principles, training hours on corporate sustainability and ESG issues have also increased in recent years.
 

Inclusion and support of the territory

With a view to Corporate Social Responsibility, we are guided by the desire to guarantee a safe, positive and inclusive work environment.

In 2024, the Group outlined its policy on diversity and inclusion, sharing its goal to mitigate and prevent the risks of discrimination.

In compliance with the corporate sustainability certification PdR 125:2022, obtained in 2024 for the ARTIGO SpA and Mondo SpA offices, we also support women’s professional affirmation and gender equality. Currently, 43% of our management bodies are made up of women.

We are at the forefront even on the territory, contributing with a real positive impact on the well-being of the community.

In particular, we have focused on supporting local sports associations, by supplying or installing components, products or materials free of charge.

The goal is to allow as many people as possible to have access to quality equipment for good sports practice.
