A new era for Mondo tracks

The collaboration with the Polymer Engineering Laboratory of the Polytechnic of Milan (PolyEngLab) and with the Department of Chemistry, Materials and Chemical Engineering "Giulio Natta" has allowed our R&D laboratory to revolutionize the design of prefabricated athletics tracks using FEM (Finite Element Method) simulation. It is an innovative approach that combines traditional prototype-based design with virtual modeling, allowing the development of better performing and safer tracks. From this joint study we have developed an elliptical air cell and defined a new track model: Mondotrack™ with Ellipse Impulse technology. Read the in-depth article to find out more.
