Women's pole vault: new National Record

Last weekend Roberta Bruni set the new Italian record in the women's pole vault on the Rieti athletics track, and she did it twice within a few minutes. First 4.62, then 4.70, which is also the standard for participating in the Olympics. Next weekend, wearing the Italian livery, she will be at the European Team Championships in Chorzow, Poland at the Slaski Stadion, where a Mondo track will again be waiting for the athletes. 4.70m is the fifth world performance of the year, in a ranking commanded by Australian Nina Kennedy with 4.82. #MONDOSupportsAthletes
