Each volleyball court floor developed and produced by Mondo was created with a specific purpose in mind: to guarantee maximum performance and safety to athletes of all levels.

In addition to research, continuous players’ feedback and coordinated work with Federations is essential when developing a volleyball court floor.

It is precisely thanks to the references "conquered on the field" by our flooring solutions that the International Volleyball Federation has decided to assign, by special procedure, FIVB approval to the Point Elastic Powerplay P1 and Vinylsport M sports surfaces.

Vinylsport M and Powerplay P1: all the beauty of sport

Powerplay P1 and Vinylsport M are present as sports flooring in many international schools, gyms and multisport facilities.

With P1 class according to EN 14904, after the FIVB approval they have been certified suitable for volleyball at all levels.

They are therefore an optimal gym flooring for volleyball and other sports, or for multi-purpose sports facility that hosts training and competitive events.

Multisport rubber sports floor for volleyball, basketball, futsal and handball
Built for intensive use: it ensures high wear resistance and durability

Employs 20% recycled raw materials (at least 10% with the underlayment)

The Powerplay II version has obtained the Bfl-s1 class according to EN 13501 for fire behavior

VINYLSPORT M

PVC sports flooring chosen by gyms and multisport sports facilities for different disciplines: badminton, basketball, futsal, handball and volleyball
This removable sports flooring can be installed quickly without gluing on the screed
Excellent volleyball court flooring, thanks to its multilayer system, which ensures a low slip coefficient, minimized contact burn risk and excellent shock absorption (in accordance with EN 14904)

FIVB-approved Mondo volleyball court flooring

The two new certifications expand the range of FIVB approved Mondo volleyball flooring to Point Elastic surfaces.

Now the range includes:

Powerplay P1 - Point Elastic, permanent
Elastiflex - Area Elastic, permanent
Vinylsport M - Point Elastic P1, permanent or removable and some variants of the range Vinylsport M

As per regulations, each FIVB-approved volleyball court flooring is validated every 4 years through accurate tests, to establish its suitability for all levels of play.

FIVB approval helps National Federations, Confederations and event organizers to recognize its validity.
