The European Championships begin in Munich!

Today the European Championships begin in Munich! Here are some curiosities about the event:

• It will be the largest sporting event in Germany since the 1972 Summer Olympics.
• There will be nine Olympic sports: athletics, beach volleyball, canoe sprint, cycling, gymnastics, rowing, sport climbing, table tennis, triathlon.
• The entire city will dress up for an unforgettable spectacle of sport and culture: The Roofs, a festival of music, culture, art and food
