Dalilah Muhammad broke the world 400m hurdles record at the Drake Stadium on a MONDO track

Sunday 28th July the MONDO track of the Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa was hosting the last day of the USA Track & Field Outdoor Championships when Dalilah Muhammad clocked 52.20, taking 0.14 off the previous world record set in 2003 by Yuliya Pechonkina. “My coach kept telling me it was there,” the Olympic Champion told NBC after breaking the World 400 m hurdles record,. “I just had to trust that and go for it.
